We collect the following personal data through our free diagnosis form: • Full name • Email address • WhatsApp number • Company name (optional) • Website (optional) • Description of operational pain point (optional) Additionally, we automatically collect browsing data such as IP address, UTM campaign parameters, referral page, and browser language.

3. Purposes of data processing

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes: • Contact you to schedule and conduct your free diagnosis • Follow up regarding our consulting services • Send you relevant information about automation and AI for your business • Improve our services and website experience • Comply with applicable legal obligations

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights under Mexican law). To exercise any of these rights, send an email to contact@resolveer.com with your full name, a description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of your official identification. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days.
